Referral of patients with salivary gland abnormalities to TBH

All patients with salivary gland/head and neck problems needing referral to the breast and endocrine surgical service at TBH should be referred by email: salivaryglandtbh@gmail.com 

The breast and endocrine clinic look after all patients with benign salivary gland diseases: any patient with a malignancy should be referred to the ENT department.

The referral should include the following information:
